The inner fermenting tanks are adopts stainless steel 304, using polyurethane as insulating layer. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jacket are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. The outside scarfskin is according to the customers' requirement. You can choose stainless steel polishes, mirror polishing or satin polishing. Adopted the international standards of fermentation technology. All the joints ans interior surface are adopted mirror polishing to avoid dead corner. Completely meet the demanding of PLC and sterilize system.
In addition, heaing exchanging area of the jacket of different proportions and conical angle of the bottom can be allocated according to customer' techbological requirements. |
